Refund & Replacement

Bina’s Treats LLP products are prepared with the highest standards and under strict supervision to maintain great quality.

Given that all Bina’s Treats LLP products are perishable and contain dairy, manufacturing and sales are undertaken with strict supervision hence all the products are non-returnable and non-refundable (e.g. change of mind etc.).

However, Bina’s Treats LLP orders rely on the third-party supply chain for transportation to customers and on odd occasions the orders may not arrive as expected.

If you receive a damaged, melted, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at marketing@binasfreshbatch.com and include your order details. 

Please note: Any refund claims without evidence of damage via photo and as much details as possible to describe damage/condition, will not be processed.

Bina’s Treats LLP reserves rights to process refunds only when fully satisfied.

The refunds can only be processed to the original payment method and may take upto 5 to 7 working days.

​

Note: we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the Product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges).
