Our Story
Bina’s Fresh Batch began in Bina Doshi’s home kitchen, where her hand-churned ice cream loved by friends and family, grew purely through word of mouth. As demand increased, she moved to her own kitchen space and started spreading the word through newspaper flyers, personally visiting vendors at 5 a.m. to ensure every pamphlet was perfectly placed.
A turning point came when she started catering to renowned restaurants, cementing her reputation for quality and authenticity. Post-2016, tie-ups with Swiggy and Zomato helped Bina’s Fresh Batch reach ice cream lovers across Mumbai.
Our promise remains the same as it was in her first batch- 100% pure milk and sugar, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients - just real, all-natural ice cream made with care.
